Denver Mayor Michael Hancock has publicly apologized for the text messages he sent to a woman who once served as a member of his security team. Hancock admitted that he sent 'unprofessional' text messages to Branch-Wise, but he has also insisted that his 'behavior did not involve 'sexual advances or inappropriate physical contact.' Hancock said that while his text messages were not sexual, he had nevertheless overstepped a lineDetective Leslie Branch-Wise said she found Hancock's messages were scary and made her feel sickOne of his numerous texts One reads: 'You look sexy in all that black.' Another text apparently from the mayor said, 'Ok, so I just watched this story on women taking pole dancing classes. Yet another text attributed to the mayor said: 'You made it hard on a brotha (sic) to keep it correct everyday.'
