In a shoe workshop on the first floor that a tiny metal staircase leads to, a large blue drum has over 200 aedes mosquito larvae. Hutments rise up to three storeys and insecticide officers have to visit each nook-and-corner to detect breeding. The three insecticide officers wear helmets and enter the building, sure that breeding must be on terrace of factory. Climbing the rickety old building’s two storey, they reach the terrace where a large pool of water has anopheles mosquito larvae. The insecticide officers have to start from scratch the next day.
