A building found to have been "partially" constructed on government land is mentioned in the notice as "White Building or OYO Hotels". The railways will bear the cost of demolition and compensation to the owners. Urban development minister Firhad Hakim had proposed an alternative Metro alignment in April 2015 to avoid demolishing the buildings.
