A closely-watched congressional district in southwestern Pennsylvania could be a bellwether for whether President Trump wins a second term on Nov. 3. The 17th congressional district encompasses Beaver County and parts of Allegheny and Butler counties. That November, Democrat Conor Lamb won election to represent the newly-fashioned 17th district, defeating GOP incumbent Keith Rothfus. Mackey added that Trump's policies could swing the district in favor of Parnell and the GOP. Several miles down I-81, observers also see a close race in the 10th district between incumbent Republican Scott Perry and the state's Democratic auditor general Eugene DePasquale.
