Delta Air Lines on Oct. 28 will add service between Los Angeles and Auckland, New Zealand, the carrier announced Friday. It will be the only U.S. airline to provide nonstop service between the two cities, according to Delta. The route will be operated with Airbus A350-900 aircraft. In addition, Delta on May 12 will begin new daily service between Atlanta and Nice, France, with Boeing 767 aircraft. The Nice and Paris flights are in addition to Delta's expanded European 2023 schedule, announced in September.
