Deloitte UK has been named one of The Times’ Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality for the tenth consecutive year, marking a decade-long commitment to advancing gender parity in the workplace. The recognition, published in partnership with Business in the Community (BITC), highlights employers who are actively improving gender equality through workplace policy, representation, and inclusive leadership. Deloitte’s continued inclusion comes amid a series of internal initiatives aimed at balancing caregiving responsibilities, increasing female leadership, and improving workplace flexibility. The firm has framed this as a pivotal shift in leveling opportunities for working families and enhancing gender balance across all levels of the business. Deloitte’s long-running Women on Boards initiative, part of its Deloitte Academy programme, reached its 15-year milestone this year, having supported over 340 women pursuing non-executive director roles.
