Dave AltavillaEarlier in January this year at CES 2019, Dell announced its thin, sleek and sexy Latitude 7400 2-in-1 laptop, which was a surprising unveil most didn't see coming. The Round Rock, TX company announced at Dell Technologies World in Las Vegas that the 2.99 - 3.15 pound machine was shipping in market today starting at $1599. The new Latitude 5300 also comes in a standard, non-2-in-1 model as well for a lower $869 starting price. The 5000 series offers smaller 12-inch models up to larger 15-inch machines that also can be enabled with discrete AMD Radeon 500 series graphics, should you need to push pixels a bit harder. All of Dell's Latitude 5000 and 7000 series line-up now are powered by Intel 8th Gen quad-core Whiskey Lake processors with Core series vPro technologies like trusted execution and active management features.
