We wished Delhi's participation at Bharat Parv. About 30 governments, including UT administrations, have already confirmed to the tourism ministry their participation at Bharat Parv, which will be inaugurated by defence minister Manohar Parrikar. However, Delhi tourism minister Kapil Mishra said his department never received any written or verbal communication on the matter.
