File PhotoDelhi-based architect and urban planner Anil Laul, known for his low-cost technologies, passed away Tuesday. File Photo Anil Laul. He was a member and adviser of several bodies including INTACH, the Delhi Urban Arts Commission, and HUDCO. The funeral is today at 2 pm, Lodhi Cemetery, and a memorial meeting will be held at the Arya Samaj Mandir on July 8. Laul also co-authored many housing policies in the country.
