We will not seek permission from anyone to defend our country. U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has said that the agreement must be changed or the United States could not stick with it. Trump put Iran "on notice" in February for test-firing a ballistic missile and imposed new economic sanctions in July over its missile program and "malign activities" in the Middle East.
