He is considered day-to-day with the injury, and returning to the lineup next week seems to be a possibility. In that game, Carlson appeared hobbled after blocking a Kris Letang shot with his leg in the third period. “I think everything is different,” Carlson said. Everybody’s different, and every injury is different, and the way that it responds changes from person to person and place to place.
