Ms Omamo said Owuoth was well and went ahead to present him on camera during the presser at Kenya Army Headquarters. Further, statements of this kind are aimed at distabilising, fracturing and causing division and disaffection within the ranks of the Kenya Defence Forces,” Ms Omamo stated.
