It should announce reforms at GES that further enrich the innovation ecosystem in India and enable foreign investors. US firms such as Uber, Mozilla, Qualcomm, Pfizer and others have announced programmes to strengthen India’s innovation ecosystem. Looking ahead, the US and India must channel the momentum from GES to take their innovation partnership to new heights. Lastly, American universities play a key role in the innovation ecosystem.
