The black bag, in which the body was found, was spotted by a farmer in Titoli canal around noon. Mr. Nain said that the body seems around a week old and the right hand was eaten away, “most likely by fish”. Post-mortem on MondayHe said that there were no visible injury marks besides those on the right hand. The cause of death and whether the girl was sexually assaulted can be ascertained only after we get the report,” said Mr. Nain.
