Paul Manning, a long-time Hamilton Police Service (HPS) constable who's currently on leave, is charged with eight counts of discreditable conduct under the Police Services Act. Manning is on medical leave for post-traumatic stress disorder related to his work as an undercover officer. Hearing officer Greg Walton, a former OPP superintendent, said he expects to have a written decision in the coming weeks.
