MUMBAI: A debt-ridden farmer's daughter on Friday allegedly committed suicide by hanging at Marathwada village of Maharashtra's Parbhani district.According to police, 17-year-old college was anguished by her debt-ridden farmer-father's precarious financial condition.In a handwritten suicide note, recovered by police, she said,"Dear Father, my uncle committed suicide 5-6 days back as he lost all his crops due to no rain. You have also taken loan and now the crops are dying. You have still not been able to repay the wedding loan took for sister's marriage. I don't want you to end your life like your brother. ""Farmers suicide is on the rise in the area.
