An Amtrak train struck and killed someone on the tracks in Prince George’s County Saturday night. The incident occurred a few minutes after the northbound train had left Union Station in Washington. No identification was immediately available. It was not clear why the victim was on the tracks when the incident occurred about 9 p.m. south of Landover.
