RCMP say they are treating the death of a person found inside a crashed car in Richmond, B.C., as a homicide. Dennis Hwang with Richmond RCMP said officers first responded to reports of gunfire just before 3 p.m. PT on Sunday on No. 2 Road near Granville AvenueThey found the dead victim inside the crashed car near that intersection. Hwang said the Lower Mainland's Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has taken over the investigation.
