The Philippine Federation of the Deaf (PFD) will file a complaint against Presidential Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson over a controversial video making fun of sign language. They are set to file the complaint before the Office of the Ombudsman on Thursday. Uson posted the controversial video on Facebook to promote their DWIZ noontime radio show.
