WHITEFIELD, New Hampshire - Legionnaires Disease has been confirmed in two people who stayed at a resort in New Hampshire and one of them has now died. The two people are not connected and health officials said that they stayed at the resort at different times. The bacteria that causes Legionnaires can contaminate water systems. The resort has reportedly shut down its hot tub and investigators are testing the resort's water system. Symptoms of Legionnaires Disease include fever, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headaches, and pneumonia.
