AFP/Getty Images/APA magnitude 6.7 earthquake hit Greece and Turkey today, which then triggered a tsunami. Two people were killed on the Greek island of Kos as a result of the natural disaster along with hundreds of injuries. The earthquake's epicenter was 12 km north east of the island Kos close to the Turkish coast and was relatively shallow at 10 km in depth according to the USGS. Likely families will have to delay or cancel their trips to Kos and Bodrum or manage through the delays and wreckage.
