IPOH: Youtuber S. Pavithra has until Sept 8 to submit a letter to the prosecution in order not to proceed with her husband’s assault case in the Sessions Court here. Judge Norashima Khalid set the date yesterday following a request by deputy public prosecutor Liyana Zawani Mohd Radzi for Pavithra, 28, to write an official letter for the prosecution to not proceed with the case against her husband M. Sugu. Following the incident, Pavithra made a police report at the Sungai Senam police station, but withdrew it on July 22.
