fighting off comparatively generic robots, this looks less like a Transformers movie and more like a future-set Terminator sequel. A Transformers movie without him is like a Superman movie without Superman. You don't need me to tell you that Transformers: The Last Knight is now even more important to Paramount/Viacom Inc. than it once was. Moreover, Transformers: The Last Knight may well show the dangers of this whole cinematic universe thing. Point being, if Transformers: The Last Knight stumbles (and I am not remotely presuming that it will), it won't just harm the franchise but the plans for an interconnected Transformers universe.
