Mr Cull is set to lead the city again in a term that should extend his tenure in local government to 12 years by next election. He said this afternoon he felt ``very grateful'' to the Dunedin community for supporting him. Asked if he had been wounded during his last term by South Dunedin flooding and cycleway problems, Mr Cull said there was an element in the community that would blame governance for those issues, no matter who was responsible. He said no big issues stood out during the campaign.
