The PCSO said the lucky bettor, who placed his/her bet at a lotto outlet in Tagum City, Davao del Norte, became its latest millionaire after picking all of the winning combination. During Tuesday night’s draw, the winning combination of Lotto 6/42 was 26-23-12-01-34-17 and it had a total jackpot prize of P71,768,302. A 20 percent tax will be deducted from the total jackpot prize because of the TRAIN Law.
