The daughter of a man killed at a Taranaki meatworks says a complete review of safety procedures at the plant needs to be carried out. WorkSafe and police are investigating his death, which is at least the third serious incident at the site this year. Killeen-Noy said she wanted to see a full health and safety review at the site to ensure it never happened again. Then, in March, a female worker suffered cuts to her arm while cleaning a piece of machinery and was taken to hospital.
