'Daughter killer' re-enacts deedChiang Mai: A man, charged with killing his six-day-old daughter by forcing her to ingest toilet cleaning liquid on Wednesday, was taken for a re-enactment of the crime in Muang district yesterday. Aye, 45, was arrested on Wednesday in the province on suspicion of murdering his infant daughter, Bee. Police interviewed the infant's mother who said Mr Aye was disappointed the child was born a girl. The mother said that while she was pregnant, Mr Aye had tried to talk her into having an abortion. Mr Aye told police he could not get over the disappointment of having a third girl in the family.
