KAJANG: A group of 29 men, including a "Datuk", believed to be members of Gang 360 Devan, were charged at the Sessions Court here Monday. The group were charged with taking part in organised crime by being part of the gang. The 45-year-old Datuk has been identified as Datuk M. Kalai Arasu. All the accused stated that they understood the charges, which were read in Tamil, though no plea was recorded. More than a dozen police men in uniform were on standby during the hearing, with several plain clothes officers also present.
