PUTRAJAYA: A chief executive officer and a company advisor have been remanded for four days for allegedly bribing the enforcement officers of a ministry. The company adviser is a 55-year-old with a Datuk title. Later at 5.30pm, the 49-year-old chief executive officer, who has a Datuk Seri title, was arrested at the MACC headquarters after she came to give her statement. Sources believe that the two were working in cohorts to bribe enforcement officers of a ministry to not take action against the company for illegal deposit activities sometime in 2017.
