Announced today in an official blog post, YouTube Go is a version of the YouTube app designed with data consumption optimisation in mind. Speaking of which, YouTube Go also lets you view a video’s resolution and file size before you decide to save or stream. The new app lets you share saved videos via Bluetooth, with no extra data charges. YouTube Go will begin rolling out over the next few months in India. You can sign up here, to be notified when the app is live, though that is expected to be sometime next year.
