Just 31 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Hamilton Wednesday, but public health is cautioning residents that the low number is the result of a delay in labs uploading data. The smaller number came as Ontario reported a single-day record of 2,923 new COVID-19 cases. Sixty-seven people were in hospital Wednesday, with 17 being cared for at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton and 50 at Hamilton Health Sciences.
