A bus driver in Paradise was caught on dashcam footage on Thursday afternoon, making an prohibited left turn from the wrong lane of traffic. Nolan Young says he recorded the footage from his car at about 2:20 p.m., while he was waiting to turn left from Carlisle Drive to Topsail Road in Paradise. In the footage, the bus can be seen switching lanes, then passing a line of cars to make a wide left turn onto Topsail Road — just before traffic started to flow. But he decided to exit the turning lane and head right on Topsail Road, instead of following in the buses path. "He obviously was in a hurry, and decided to make that left turn," he said.
