Former England bowler Darren Gough has lambasted England's display in the fourth and final Test of their tour of India as 'horrendous'. England capitulated to another innings defeat by India as they were thumped inside three days in Ahmedabad. Dan Lawrence scored a half-century in their second innings as England lost by an embarrassing innings and 25 runs. Indian spinners Ravichandran Ashwin and Axar Patel claimed five wickets apiece in the second innings to confirm a 3-1 series win for the hosts. Overall in this Test they combined for 17 England wickets out of a possible 20 (Ashwin eight, Patel nine) and Gough believes England don't have the batting skills at all to combat their qualities.
