Melbourne City have signed former Wellington Phoenix midfielder Dario Vidosic until the end of the 2018-19 Hyundai A-League campaign, with the option for a further season. Vidosic scored four goals, all from headers, during his 10 appearances for the Phoenix. The bottom-place Phoenix are being linked to Serbian winger Matija Ljujic, as they search for a replacement for Vidosic and Gui Finkler. The 24-year-old debuted for Serbian club FK Teleoptik in 2010 and has gone on to make over 160 top-level appearances in Serbia and Lithuania.
