The man told Stuff that his friend paid him $1000 to do it. A Lime spokeswoman said the behaviour in the video did not "reflect Lime's rider community". One person has been filmed riding down the street and a Lime spokeswoman said the company strongly discouraged anyone from copying him. "We would hate to see any of our riders injure themselves or others due to taking risks like this."
