Milton Mcclelland was back in the Palmerston North District Court on Tuesday for breaching his release conditions. A Dannevirke man will not be able to visit public places children frequent after breaching his release conditions. Milton David Mcclelland, 65, was sentenced in January to 10½ months' jail for possessing hundreds of child sex abuse images, including images of children being raped, and has served his time. Mcclelland was sentenced in the Palmerston North District Court on Tuesday for breaching his release conditions. He was sentenced to two months' jail and had his release conditions changed.
