Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is open to seeing Gareth Bale return to the north London club but the decision would ultimately lie with new manager Jose Mourinho . The 30-year-old came close to leaving Real Madrid last summer before the club decided against allowing him to leave on a free. However, his relationship with Real boss Zinedine Zidane has always been strained and despite his contributions on the pitch he has often been a scapegoat for many of the club’s supporters as well. And according to the Bleacher Report, Levy is open to offering the Welshman a way out of the Spanish capital and the idea was even put to Mourinho during talks with the coach before he took up his new job.
