Allen said he has been asked many times by fans and friends why he hasn’t already pursued a coaching job. You have to understand all the necessary things that go along with coaching to be able to prepare for it. That’s why I’m throwing my hat into the coaching ring.”He had no trouble listing his prerequisites for an OC’s job.
