[Sammy Omingo, Standard]Property of unknown value was on Wednesday destroyed at the Kisii Agricultural Training Center (KATC) after a rowdy group stormed the IEBC’s meeting with county candidates. The group arrived one hour into the meeting, disrupting the session, causing damage and inflicting injuries. The rowdy group also brought down the wire fence that surrounds the institution. The group was demanding the transfer of an IEBC returning officer, accusing him of biasness.
