Crime drama series Dalziel and Pascoe aired on the BBC from 1996 to 2007, starring Warren Clarke and Colin Buchanan as Detective Superintendent Andy Dalziel and Detective Inspector Peter Pascoe. Dalziel and Pascoe to be rebooted by ITV after 19 yearsBased on the books of the same name by Reginald Hill, the series is mostly set in the fictional town of Wetherton in Yorkshire. It is centred on the relationship between seasoned detective Dalziel and the newly qualified, by-the-book DS Pascoe. The new reboot of Dalziel and Pascoe will begin filming in the spring in the North of England.
