Five police officers have been killed and six other people injured in shootings at a Black Lives Matter protest in Dallas, Texas. Witnesses say shooters fired from elevated positions in downtown Dallas near the El Centro college building. Police have arrested three suspects and a further suspect is reported dead. Barack Obama says the country is horrified and there can be no justification for the incident
