The Dallas Police Department is looking for Charles Beltran in relation to the disappearance of Marisela Botello, a 23-year-old woman who was last seen on Oct. 5th during a night out in the Deep Ellum area of the city. Beltran was last seen driving a Black 2014 Audi A6 with Texas license plate MJG3114 in the early morning hours of Oct. 5th. Surveillance video shows her leaving a bar with Beltran at 1:15 AM Oct. 5th, according to her family.
