The feature film “Annatto” by Moroccan director and screenwriter Fatima Ali Boubekdi won the Grand Prix of the 10th Dakhla International Film Festival, which wrapped up Sunday. The Jury Prize of this festival was awarded to “Night of the kings” by director Philippe Lacôte from Côte d’Ivoire. The 10th edition of the Dakhla International Film Festival was attended by a host of artists, filmmakers and personalities from the world of art, culture and the media. The opening ceremony on Friday was marked by a tribute to a number of Moroccan and African artists and filmmakers. These include Moroccan actress Mouna Fettou and Moroccan director Jerôme-Cohen Olivar.
