Daisy Lowe risked being banned from driving as she texted while behind the wheel of her car during an outing in Camden on Thursday. The model, 31, was seen looking down at her phone as she waited at traffic lights outside the British Transport Police station. It is illegal to hold a phone while driving and the law still applies if someone is stopped at traffic lights or waiting in traffic. According to gov.uk, people can get six penalty points as well as a £200 fine if they use a hand held phone while driving. People can also lose their licence for the offence if they have passed their driving test in the last two years.
