The report presented an anticipatory assessment that estimated humanitarian and developmental needs and challenges in the increased Covid-19 crisis. It said daily wage earners were the most affected group among others facing crisis in the ongoing shutdown situation to prevent deadly coronavirus outbreak in the country. “Current situation measures have and will continue to severely affect daily wage earners and the people rely on unsustainable jobs,” the NAWG report said. 20 districts most vulnerableThough the coronavirus impacts are anticipated country wide, the report, based on five indicators, identified 20 districts as most vulnerable. Risk of Covid-19 exposure, urban critical livelihood vulnerability, demographic and social vulnerability, economic and physical vulnerability, and recurrent disaster vulnerability were the indicators.
