He said: "They’re trying to pull people into the Docks but the message seems to be don’t take you children too far from a public toilet,” Mr Jones said. “I sympathise with the gentleman, I’d love to see a campaign to alter the situation to make sure that the city council provide facilities in this area,” Mr Purchase said.
