Footage shows Gage and the unnamed woman going into the Fairbanks Police Department station in Alaska just before four in the morning, court files say. A few minutes later, Gage allegedly pulls her trousers down to her ankles and begins to have sex with her. Gage reportedly told officers he was sober and had been with the woman all night. Police said in a statement: “Sexual assault is a serious problem throughout Alaska. “The city of Fairbanks administration and the Fairbanks Police Department take all cases of sexual assault very seriously.
