James Clark told a jury at Bristol Crown Court he didn't harm his five-week old tot Sean, who was found dead in his cot in January 2018. But after a trial lasting just under a month a jury unanimously convicted the 31-year-old, of Warmley, of murder, Bristol Live reports. The court heard Clark's baby Sean, which he had with partner Helen Jeremy, was found dead in his cot when they spent the weekend at Clark's mum's home in Neads Drive, Warmley. Miss Jeremy told the court Sean was crying a lot more than normal and she wasn't sure what was causing his distress.
