Prime Minister Imran Khan has said the easy way to rule the country is to give an ‘NRO’ – a secret reprieve – to the ‘corrupt’ opposition leaders but this easy way also leads to destruction. “We are encouraged to take the easy way and the easy way [in the current political scenario] is to forgive the opposition leaders and give an NRO”. Speaking directly to the students in attendance, the prime minister also said true happiness comes when one realizes their potential rather than materialistic means. The N-Ovative Health Technology Facility has been set up at NUST to manufacture cardiac stents locally. Pakistan will now become one of the 18 countries in the world and the second Muslim nation – after Turkey – producing cardiac stents locally.
