Da River pipeline breach detected once againA breach was detected in the Da River pipeline yesterday, the 19th time the pipeline has faced repairs. The company discovered the incident during a periodic maintenance of the water pipeline system. The pipeline was fixed and the water supply was restored at 12am today. This is the 19th time a breach has been detected in the Da River pipeline since it began operations in late 2008. Hanoi’s municipal government has reportedly requested a special mechanism for the implementation of a third water pipeline to meet the people’s demands.
